At Yard Matters, we believe pricing should be clear, transparent and easy to understand. Every property and project is different. The rates below provide a guide to our lawn care, garden maintenance, pool and spa care, softscaping, landscaping and other property services, together with common additional charges.
Larger, unusual or more complex work will be individually quoted based on the scope, site conditions, materials, machinery, equipment and travel required. Your quote will clearly identify the work included and any costs expected for the project.

Initial site visits and basic quotes are free for most standard services.
Unless a fixed price has been agreed, labour is charged at the applicable hourly rate for each team member working on site. The minimum booking is one hour for recurring lawn mowing and pool or spa care, two hours for recurring garden maintenance and three hours for one-off garden work. Lawn repair, landscaping and other project work are subject to the minimum or project terms stated in the quote.
Where services are combined or additional team members are required, the expected total charge will be confirmed before work begins. Service minimums will not automatically be added together.

Planting, installation and other labour are charged at the applicable labour rate unless included in a fixed quote. A deposit is generally required for project work and before materials or products are ordered. Applicable collection and delivery charges will be included in the quote. |
